Digital mapping of the area of entire DDA land by conducting total station survey using latest T.S.S. (GPS) machine providing longitude & latitude of some specific Reference points. These specific reference points are also to be transferred on the ground. The following plans/Drawings are to be submitted in this office (Five in nos. of each plan/drawing) with soft copies in pen drive & C.D as per the requirement survey manual and as per the direction Engineer-in-charge. i) Total Station Survey plan showing all permanent features i.e., water body, religious structures, existing roads, electric line with poles, trees, cluster of bushes, & police booth etc. and Encroachment at site with area, lapsed land with area & land under Litigation with area and Khasra Nos. of the ground surveyed. The details regarding Lapsed land, land under litigation and Sajra Plan shall be collected by the agency from the office of DD/LM/North and the final drawings to be submitted in this office must be verified from office of DD/LM/North. Nothing extra shall be paid to the agency on account of cordination work with the LM Dept. of Narela/DDA.ii) Superimposing of DDA Layout plan on the T.S.S plans above (Sl. No. i).iii) T.S.S plan showing ground level with reference to nearest GTS permanent bench mark.iv) Superimposing of digitised Sajra on the T.S.S Plan above (Sl. No. i)v) Preparing and submitting Layout plan of the land with Dimensions and area free form encroachment, Lapsed land and Litigation etc. i.e. feasible at site which is under the absolute possession of DDA based upon T.S.S. conducted at site i.e., in the samepattern of DDA’sapproved Layout plan as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Demarcation of housing pockets, commercial plots, Institution plots, Hospital & Nursery plot, circulation and other as per approved DDA layout plan is to be carried out in this Item including cutting of grass bushes etc. and cleaning areas etc. wherever required for smooth workingof conducting T.S.S at site. Nothing extra shall be paid to the agency for any work included in the Item above (Excavation, Demarcation stone, cement concrete and paint on demarcation stone required for demarcation shall be paid for separately. )

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.a)All kinds of soil

Providing and fixing 15 cm dia at top, 20 cm at bottom and 90 cm high precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) boundary stone as per standard design, including finishing smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) (cost of excavation, refilling and concreting to be paid for separately).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :a)1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :a)Two or more coats on new work
