No Complaints / Claims By The Purchaser Will Be Entertained In This Regard After The E-Auction Sale. For Any Queries In This Regard Purchaser May Consult To Consignee Before Auction. 2 ) The Rolling Stock May Either Be On The Cutting Line Or Grounded And May Or May Not Have All Assemblies Attached Due To Accident. 3 ) Fdp Will 30 Days From The Date Of Auction. 4 ) Cutting / Dismantling Of Materials Are Allowed / Permitted For 24 Hrs & For Loading And Delivery Purposes Timing Will Be From 6 Am To 6 Pm. Suitable Precaution By The Purchaser To Be Taken During Cutting & Dismantaling Including Night Hours. 5 ) The Custodian In Consultation With His / Her Higher Officials Should Allot And Ensure The Cutting Yard / Line / Area Designated For Dismantling / Cutting Down Of Sold Lot Is At Proper Location Satisfying All Safety Concerns Involved And There Is No Disruption In The Railway Operations Due To The Dismantling / Cutting. 6 ) The Purchaser Has To Make His Own Arrangements Such As Tools, Lifting Tackles / Vehicle, And Necessary Trained Men For Cutting And Dismantling The Components Of The Accidental Coaches As Per Requirements. 7 ) The Purchaser Is Required To Take Adequate Safety Measures So That No Railway Property In The Near Vicinity Of The Cutting Spot Is Damaged In Any Way. The Purchaser Will Be Held Responsible For Any Damage / Fire Accident To The Railway Property Caused During Cutting Operation Or Delivery. 8 ) The Purchaser Will Be Solely Responsible For Any Loss Of Life ( Railway Employee Or Any Other Person ) Caused Due To Any Activities Involved While Dismantling / Cutting / Loading Of The Accidental Coaches Scrap. 9 ) It Is The Responsibility Of The Purchaser To Segregate And Remove The Unwanted And Leftover Scrap Before The Completion Of Delivery Of The Lot. Purchaser Has Also To Keep The Cutting And Loading Spot Neat And Clean, Otherwise, He May Be Penalized By The Railway. 10 ) The Delivery Of Last 10 Percent Scrap Of Subject Lot Size Will Commence Only After Cleaning The Site & No Left Over Of The Scrap Is Allowed At Site & Nil Value Items To Be Lifted Before Delivery Of Last 10% Scrap. 11 ) The Purchaser Has To Comply With All The Rules And Regulations Of The Central Pollution Control Board Prevailing / Existing In The Cutting Spot During The Cutting And Dismantling Operation Of The Accidental Coaches And Handling Of Any Hazardous Materials Mentioned By The Central Pollution Control Board, India. 12 ) Purchasers Are Advised To Preferably Deposit Bsv Within 3-4 Days Time For Timely Delivery. 13 ) The Purchaser Should Be Aware Of The Fact That Total Weight Of The Subject Lot Shown Against The Heading Total Lot-Weight In Mt I.E. 360 Mt ( Approx. ) In The Lot Details Page Under Ireps Portal Is Indicative And The Purchaser Should Note That The Total Lot-Weight In Mt Of The Subject Lot I.E. 360 Mt ( Approx. ) Is Not To Be Taken Into Consideration For Any Refund Claims / Any Other Claims Due To Short Delivery / Any Other Reasons.
