    Tender For Supply, Installation, Testing Of Equipment/Material At Mech. Department -1 Electric Vehicle Components and Test Rig Components and Test Ring consist of a) Electronic loader : Up to 5V and 100 amp b) Dynamometer : Up to 250 N.M and 3.5kW c) Battery with BMS, and Battery cells ( Li Ion ), Charger: up to 3KWh d) Motor and controller : up to 3kW e) Heat Exchanger Cooling Chamber for battery/cell unit: Aluminum Finned Plates for air cooling f) Temperature, Torque Sensors g) Voltage and Current measurement system h) Data logger system : 16 to 20 Channels i) System integration software -1. System should be integrated to monitor the performance characteristics of motor and battery at different loading conditions. 2. Battery/Cell Cooling chamber with air/water coolant to maintain the temperature of Battery/Cell to investigate the performance of battery/Cell at different conditions. 3. Sufficient number of sensors for predicting the temperature of battery at different locations
