Tube size – 63.5mm (OD), 3.66mm thicknessb) Material specification and fabrication Tubes should be confirming to BS 3059 Part 1 ERW 320 (1978), Min UTS 3262kgf/cm², fabricated as per drawing/ sample and IBR normsc) Dismantling & Erection of front headers tubes = 58 Nos. 2 Supply, dismantling, fabrication and erection of super heater coils of boiler No. 1.a) SupplySuper heater coils – 28 Nos.Coil size – 45mm (OD), Thickness 4.5mmb) Material specificationc) Coil material should be SA213 T22, fabricated as per drawing/ sample and IBR normsd) Dismantling & erection of coils. 3 Dismantling, supply, fabrication and erection of Side header tubes with header (4 No.) of Seamless pipe schedule 120 of Boiler no. 2 with seamless stubs having 4.5mm thickness suitable for 32 Ton capacity, working pressure 35 kg/cm2, and superheated temp. 380 ± 15 °C as per IBR norma) Supply, Bending and refitting of tubes and header with seamless stubs as per drawing and site requirement. Refitting of tubes and header with hydraulic testing of boiler. Total tubes = 68 Nos.
