    Tender Details

    Repair & Reconditioning of 3.5T, 5T & 10t tongs of 03-MFS/FFP - (a) Dismantling of Tongs and inspection of its worn out parts and dimensions, (b) Machining of the worn out and oval Pin Bores of the Arms to remove quality and boring to one standard size, (c) Replacing and machining of new pins and Bushes from forged material, (d) Heat Treatment of the pins and grinding in close tolerance to suit the standard bores, (e) Heat Treatment of all the Arms as per the standard, (f) Repairing alignment and setting of the automatic lock-unlock arrangement, (g) Hard facing of the Arms Tips/Shoe portion, (h) Load Testing of the repaired Tongs and providing Load Test Certificate, (i) Painting of the Tongs with 2 coats of ROZC Primer and 2 coats of S.E Yellow Paint, (j) The old worn out parts/scrap shall be retained by us.
