Tender For Operation And Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract With Material And Labour For Medical Gas Manifold System (Mgms) Works And Modular Operation Theatre Works For A Reputed Hospital In New Delhi -1 Medical Gas Manifold System (MGMS) 1.1 Day to day Operation and Maintenance in three shifts including Minimum manpower as per manpower development schedule, materials, spares, consumables, tools, equipments and personals for operation and maintenance (routine, preventive and breakdown) of entire MGPS complete comprising of Oxygen Manifold of 10+10 Cylinders, Automatic Control Panel, Emergency Oxygen Manifold of 4 Cylinders, Nitrous Manifold of 2+2 Cylinders, Emergency Manifold, Compressed Air System 1500lpm with standby, Vacuum System 3000 Lpm with standby, Outlets (183 Nos), Isolation Valves, Valve Box (2, 3 & 6 Services), Mastern Alarm & Alarm Panels, AGSS Unit, Horizontal Bed Head Panels, Oxygen Flowmeters with Humidifier Bottle (60 Nos), Ward Vacuum Unit with 1000L Collection Jar (64 Sets), Theatre Suction Unit (2 Nos), Probes, D-Type Cylinders (50 Nos) complete as required and as per standard Operation and Maintenance manuals of equipments and standard practices. 2 Brachytherapy Operation Theatre (1 No) 2.1 Day to day Operation and Maintenance in three shifts including manpower. as per manpower development schedule, materials, spares, consumables, tools, equipments and personals for operation and maintenance (routine, preventive and breakdown) of entire OT complete comprising of Dual Dome Surgical OT Light with HD Camera, Laminar Air Flow System with HEPA filters, Hermetically Sealed Sliding Doors, Pressure Relief Dampers, Peripherial Lights, Surgeon Control Panel, Pendant, HD Monitor, X-Ray Film Viewer, Writing Board, Storage Unit, Scrub Station and DB with other accessories of OT. The bidder is required to quote the annual cost of the AMC.
