Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning and lowering of desired power of 1.5 - 2 HP Dual Solar Submersible pump set in 5\" dia tube well for clear and cold fresh water with latest amendments from the tube well with complete accessories of the following specification.I. PV Array rating (WP) at Standard Temp Condition.II. No. of Modules /System- As per System Requirement.III. PV Array Mounting arrangement- Fixed.IV. Type of Pump and Capacity= Submersible Of required HP.V. Capacity of pump in LPM Minimum= 90 LPM.VI. Total Dynamic head of the Pump= 150-200 Mtr.VII. Overall Efficiency of the Pump= 50 9L.PUMP: The pump shall be multistage centrifugal pump with radial or mixed flow type impeller design, Suitable for handling clean to slightly contaminated water with permissible sand content, Epoxy coated treatment to all ferrous parts for rust prevention and longer Iife, Non return valve fitted to discharge outlet to prevention back flow, Dynamically balanced impellers with shaft for better efficiency and performance. Junction Box: Junction box with hinged, weather proof lid, captives screws, three cable glands entry points and one cable gland (Standard).Motor: The motor should be provided with Submersible flat cable of sheathed copper conductor with water proof PVC of standard and reputed make as per site requirement. Cable with conductor size depending upon any current will be provided from PV array to motor.The erection damps shall be suitable for installing the submersible pump in the tube well and holding it for the column pipe of required dia.Column pipe of G.I/PPR/HDPE as per the dia of the delivery size .The column pipe should be flanged type and in a random length of 3mtr in case of GI and PPR. As per site requirement.Lowering of Submersible Pump set in 125mm dia bore well up to the require depth by coupling with column pipe of 3mtr length each along with Submersible cable. The column pipes are to be join together by using jointing gasket and nuts and bolt of suitable size and fabrication and fitting of erection clamps to hold the pumping assembly/unit intact while extracting the fresh water from tube well. The job also includes installation and testing of the Submersible pump set on full load at site.The control panel shall be fully automatic with button operated for motor on solar and grid.(One complete Job including a to h) The rate also includes maintenance of the Solar Submersible pump set for 2 years.
