Rate per KM including loading and unloading 24 Excavation of earth for pole pit of size 0.9x0.6x1/6 of full lenth of pole for erection of pole in all type of soil including pproper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soilas directed complete work. 25 Erection of following Single Support pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories, like top channels & clamps as per Respo construction manual 26 PCC Pole 27 ST Pole SP-55 28 Groutingof pole in size 0.45x0.45x1.8 of the support in CC ratio 1:4:8 ( 1 cement: 4 graded stone 20mm nominal size : 8 coarse sand) block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, leveling as per RESSPO construction manual. 29 Muffing of poles size 0.45 cm x 0.60 cm radious with cc 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone 10 mm nominal size) block size 45 cm height from ground level including cost of cement, stone and sand etc. 30 Erection of following Double Support pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories, like top channels & clamps as per Respo construction manual 31 ST Pole SP-55 32 PCC Pole 33 Erection of following T/P Support pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories, like top channels & clamps as per Respo construction manual 34 ST Pole SP-55 35 Straightening of Tilt/leaning pole by digging of pit around the pole and refilling same by stone and soil and with th help of manpower 36 Fabrication of 11 KV X-Arm [MS Channel 100x50 ( for top 180-65=124*1.5 MTR )+( 3 D/P)+( Wooden X-arm 5*1.5 mtr+ 10 Section pole)= 322.5 mtr @ 10 Kg/Mtr=3225 kg+3% 37 Cost of Replacement of old wooden 11 KV X-Arm including opening of nozzeling of conductor from insulator and rebinding the same after replacement of damaged/Broken X-Arm 38 Excavation of earth for stay pit of size 0.6x0.6x1.2mtr in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal f surplus excavated soil as directed complete work. 39 Fixing, tightening and nozzeling of stay set with pole and stay rod on required tension as per RESPO (11 KV line) 40 Groutingof stay in size 0.6x0.6x0.3in CC ratio 1:4:8 ( 1 cement: 4 graded stone 20mm nominal size : 8 coarse sand) block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, leveling as per RESSPOmanual. 41 Earthing of support with M.S. Earth rod 20x2500 mm long by hammaring of M.S.
