Charges for dismantling the casing cover of blowers 3A & 3B for painting and reassembling after completion of painting works.

Charges for scratching and cleaning, painting with epoxy zinc chromate primer one coat and epoxy smoke grey paint two coat for structures, spray room tank pipes, eliminator frame, water strainer structure, AWS Blowers 1A & 1B, dampers and ducts.

Charges for dismantling the water spray nipples and nozzles from the pipe line and scratching & cleaning and then re-fixing in the pipe line.

Charges for flushing the spray system pipe line

ChargesforPump complete overhauling and changing the worn out spares parts if necessary.

ChargesforRefitting the pump with both suction and discharge pipe flanges with new gasket, coupling the motor with pump, checking axial and radial misalignment between pump and motor and completing the alignment within the prescribed limits and commissioningsatisfactory.

Charges for Dismantling the Valves from the pipe line and Overhauling and then refitting of 250 mm / 200 mm AWCW Pump suction and discharge side Gate valves and cleaning of seating surface and lapping of valve gate and seat for perfect matching

Charges for dismantling the existing damaged filters, bended frames and fabricating the new frames for holding the filters. The work also includes removal of bends in the existing old angles and strengthening the holding frame to hold the new filters.(angle will be supplied by board)

Charges for replacing the damaged filters in the existing rack with new filters in the new modified rack and devolution the damaged filters to central stores (New filters and lorry will be supplied by Board ).
