    Replacement Of Wornout Components Of 100 Kva Voltage Stabilizer Installed At P / S Majra Kotli ( Suketar ) .=Replacement Of Worn-Out Components Of Three Phase Manually Operated 100 Kva Voltage Stabilizer And Allied Components Installed At P / S Majra Kotli ( Suketar ) By Way Of Disconnecting All Electrical Connections And Making Temporary Arrangement Bypass Voltage Stabilizer For Running Of The System In Urgency. Dragging The Stabilizer Outside The Pump Room By Deploying Manual Labour And With The Help Of Tools And Tackles. Loading In The Mechanical Transport Using Crane And Manual Labour, Shifting To Workshop For Repairs. Loosening Of Nuts Bolts And Open The Top Cover And Then Extracting Out The Inner Core Assembly. Dismantling And Extracting Of Complete Unit By Way Of Chain Pulley Block Tripod Stand To Draw Out Its Damaged Coils. Rewinding Of 02 No.Main Coil With Superior Quality Copper Wire / Strip, Insulation Material And Varnishing Complete. Providing And Fitting Of New Rotary Switch-02 No. Providing And Fitting Of New Panel Wiring Etc. Soldering The Internal Connections And Tapping It, Draining Out Transformer Oil From Oil Chamber To Remove Slag. Insertion Of The Inner Core Assembly Unit Using Chain Pulley Block And Other Tools & Tackles. Refilling Of Transformer Oil After Filtering And Dehydrating It By Heating At Optimum Temperature And Topping Additional 80 Litres Transformer Oil. Shifting Back To Stabilizer At Site Of Installation After Repair By Using Manual Labour, Mechanical Transport And Crane. Making Electrical Connection And Testing On Full Load / No Load At Site. Complete Job Including The Cost Of Material And Labour And Hire Charges Of Crane. Complete Job.
