Completethe Expansion Clips Shall Allow A Transverse Adjustment Of (+) Or (-) 10Mm. The Mounting Assembly Shall Be As Per The Drawings And Specifications , Supply And Stacking Steel Reinforced Vulcanized Rubber Pad Of 147Mm Wide Mk7 Flat Pad As Per The Specification &As Per The Approve Of Employer Including Cost Of All Material, Labour, Tools, Transportation, Loading And Unloading,Plants, Etc. Complete The Pad Shall Be Protected Against Heat By A Plate Of Adequate Dimensions To Ensure Correct Protection. The Pad Shall Be Supplied As Per Iso 37& 48:1984, Iso 815:1981 And Iso 4662:1986.The Supplier Shall Produce Manufacture’S Test Certificate Along With The Consignments , Supply Of Aluminothermit Welding Kits (Including Blasting Material, Sand) And Brick Mouldssuitable For Cr 100 Type As Per The Specification Including Cost Of Material, Labour, Plant, Tools, Etc Complete The Thermite Welding Kit Shall Be Approved By Research Design & Standards Organization (Rdso) The Supplier Shall Produce Manufacture’S Test Certificate Along With The Consignments , Supply Of Thermit Welding Cast-Iron Tools And Equipment Suitable For Cr100/Cr120 Rail Including Holding The Rails During Thermit Welding With Required Supporting Arrangements And Collection Overflow Of Excess Material From The Mould, One Set Including Universal Mounting, Preheating Torch, Slag Container, Mould Shoes, Crucible With Cap And Stand, Fork, Distance Gauge, Ag-09 & Ag-07 Graining Stone, T- Rod, Steel Scale (1Mm), Height Gauge,Etc., Complete
