Providing logistic services for following jobs on Daily basis as directed by EIC / Site Engineer for following mention jobs not limited to below -

i) Operation of OWS Transferring the effluent from receiving sump of OIL WATER SEPARATOR PLANT of effluent holding pond by running / operating of receiving transfer pump, valves etc.Transferring of water/ oil from holding pond to any other unit within the OWS with the help of screw pump/ centrifugal pump ii) Cleaning jobs of equipment at OWS -Cleaning of Oily water collection sump, storm water collection sump, grit & screen chamber, sludge thickener, polishing pond and empty sludge lagoon, gravity filter sumps by taking out all deposits. Collecting of spilled oil from floors/ plain surface. Spilled area to be cleaned by scrapping using sand etc. making the area clear with all tools, tackles and manpower all complete. Cleaning of API Unit, oiling and greasing of chain, rail etc. Removal of floating materials/ Cleaning of Fire water ponds. iii)Maintenance Jobs at OWS -Oiling, greasing of valves by opening and closing of valves, cleaning all equipment\"s, servicing of valves by opening complete, attending the stem, gate etc. Oiling and greasing cleaning in all respect. Refitting of the same and making it operational in all respect (Oil, gasket and grease shall be provided by IOCL free of cost).iv) Tank Operations related activity -Assisting in physical Tank dipping work of crude /diesel tankincluding temperature reading , collecting sample from tank to control room, density measurement atambient / room,temperature measurement of sample as per direction and satisfaction of shift officer/EIC. All instrument for dipping , temperature reading , sample collecting shall be provided by IOCL. Assisting in water draining ofcrude tank from all available water draw off includingdipping of water level before and after draining , reporting to control room etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Site Engineer/ EIC. Sample room up keeping including cleaning of sample bottle , sample room and housekeeping of area. All abovementioned jobs shall be carried out monthly basis approximately 52 man-days.

Synthetic enamel paint: Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade As per EIC/ Site Engg

Acrylic Smooth exterior paint: Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade as per EIC/ Site Engg

Old work (Two or more coats) Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface as per EIC/ Site Engg
8
12mm plaster (in fine sand): 12 mm cement plaster of mix

Plaster 12mm: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)as per EIC/ Site Engg

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture. [Note: Unit \"EA\" shall mean \"PER LETTER PER CM HEIGHT\"] as per EIC/ Site Engg

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per EIC/ Site Engg
