| 1 | Location and pin pointing of 33 KV and 11 KV cable fault (exposing the same in the underground 33 KV & 11 KV cable including digging of trench upto the depth of the cable, cutting the faulty cable and sealing of the faulty cable, high pressure cable) by Cable fault locator Machine mounted on a vehicle will be provided by the Department and Experinced Technicians, driver and helpers and fuel to operate the above machine will be provided by the contrator. |

| 4 | 11 KV cable fault location & trench digging with the help road cutter/digging machine/tractor etc. (size of trench 3 m length & 1.5 m width) |
| 5 | Providing jointer per 11 KV joint for filling of 11 KV straight through/ Indoor/ Outdoor Jointing Kit (11 KV 3x185/240/300 Sq.mm. straight through jointing kit will be provided by the department). |
| 6 | Replacement of 33KV/ 11 KV damaged cable (approx 2.5 Mtrs. in each case) (cable shall be provided by the department). Laying of cable in trench after making joint and filling of sand/brick/soil as per site requirement. |
| 7 | Monthly maintenance & other charges for repair, maintenance and changing of parts in Departmental Cable Fault Loctor Machine and its mounting Vehicle including service of vehicle with tyre and tube etc., insurance charges, Fuel, Experinced Technicians, driver,helpers and Fuel to operate the above machine will be provided by contractor. |
| 8 | Road Restoration charges for hot mixed pakka road / CC road /mix soil/ normal soil/ soft & hard rack as it is when start of work as per Authority norms. |

| 14 | Providing jointer per 33 KV joint for filling of 33 KV Outdoor / Indoor Jointing Kit (33 KV 3x300/400 Sq.mm. Outdoor / Indoor Jointing Kit will be provided by the department). |
| 15 | L.T. cable fault location & trench digging with the help road cutter/digging machine/tractor etc. (size of trench 3 m length & 1.5 m width) |
| 16 | Providing L.T. Straight through / Indoor / Outdoor Jointing Kit with jointer per LT joint for filling. (L.T. 3.5x70/150/240/400 Sq.mm. straight through jointing kit of Raychem/ 3M/ Denson make will be provided by the contractor). |
| 17 | Replacement of 33KV/ LT damaged cable (approx 2.5 Mtrs. in each case for 33 KV) / (approx 5 Mtrs. in each case for LT) (cable shall be provided by the department). Laying of cable in trench after making joint and filling of sand/brick/soil as per site requirement. |
