seasoned teak wood, rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 3 Removing existing unserviceable front/back side rail of chair diningS&F new front/back rail made of Ist class seasoned teak wood, rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 4 Removing existing cushion foam seatS&F new cushion foam seat of 75mm thick for seat & cover with tapestry cloth including fixing rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for fixing of PVC shoes superior quality of 25mmX25mm dia with 30mm long screw complete all as specified and directed. 6 Bed Hard Steel : (FD/E6/MAP/08 (R) or similar) S&F 12mm thick plywood BWP Grade,make:- Archid Ply/ Green Ply/ century Ply/Kit Ply, approved quality in single piece as per drawing without any joint to the bed frame with suitablescrews wood/steel with cup washer including removal of damaged ply wood rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 7 S&F in reapir to head board of size 635 mm X 200 mm made from 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade both side decorative finish shade as approved by GE complete including removal of damaged head board rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 8 S&F in reapir to foot board of size 635 mm X 300 mm made from 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade both side decorative finish, shade as approved by GE complete including removal of damaged foot board rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 9 S&F hard rubber shoes as per drg complete all as specified and directed. 10 TABLE BED SIDE (MAP Drg) FD/E6/MAP/15 (R) or similarTaking out old unservicable commercial ply BWR Grade, 6 mm thick from the back of table bed side and S&F new back made of6 mm thick commercial ply BWR Grade ofmake,(Archid /Century/Green ply) of the same shape and size of the existing back of table bed side rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 11 Taking out old unserviceable top of table bed side and S&F new top made of MDF board exterior grade 18/19 mm thick (Archid/Green lam/Nepal Board)of required size and shape as per existing drawing including 0.6 mm thick PVC Edging all round the top of table bed side rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 12 Taking out old unserviceable side of table bed side and S&F new side made of MDF board exterior grade 18/19 mm thick (Archid/Green lam/Nepal Board)of required size and shape rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 13 Removing the existing unserviceable bottom of Top drawer of table bed side and providing new bottom made out of 06 mm thick commercial ply rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 14 Removing the existing unserviceable sides of Top drawer of table bed side and providing new sides made out of 12 mm thick commercial ply rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 15 Removing the existing unserviceable front of Top drawer of table bed side and providing new front made out of 18 mm thick MDF Board rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 16 Removing the existing unserviceable bottom of Lower drawer of table bed side and providing new bottom made out of 06 mm thick commercial ply rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 17 Removing the existing unserviceable sides of Lower drawer of table bed side and providing new sides made out of 12 mm thick commercial ply rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 18 Removing the existing unserviceable front of Lower drawer of table bed side and providing new front made out of 18 mm thick MDF Board rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 19 S&F hard rubber shoes as per drg complete all as specified and directed. 20 Table Computer (FD/E6/MAP/03 or similar)Removing of existing unserviceable table top for Table computer and S&F new table top of 18 mm thick particle board exterior grade duly post-formed with 0.6 mm thick laminate in mohigini/walnut coulor/shade as approved with 2 mm thick PVC edging of make: Rehau/ Pegasus/ Kynes shall be fixed on two sides with strong bonded chmical adhesive through hot pressed machine duly fixed table frame with suitable screws wood/steel with cup washer, rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 21 Removing of existing unserviceable Key Board tray from Table computer and S&F new Key Board tray of size 450 mm X 480 mm made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative finish one side and balancing white on the other side of exterior grade duly fixed to the existing Telescopic channel, rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 22 Removing of existing unserviceable Mouse tray from Table computer and S&F new Mouse tray of size 380 mm X 200 mm made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative finish one side and balancing white on the other side of exterior grade duly fixed to the existing Telescopic channel, rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 23 Removing of existing unserviceable damaged drawer from Table computer and S&F new drawer of size 380 mm X 200 mm 75 mm deep made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative finish one side and balancing white on the other side of exterior grade duly fixed to the existing Telescopic channel, rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 24 Removing the existing unserviceable Telescopic channel from Table computer and S & F in repairs Telescopic Channel of suitable size for Key board tray/Mouse tray/Drawer of table computer and re-fixing the existing Key board tray/Mouse tray/Drawer with new telescopic channel rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 25 Removing of existing unserviceable Upper/Bottom shelf from Table computer and S&F new Upper/Bottom shelf of size 450 mm X 300 mm made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative finish one side and balancing white on the other side of exterior grade duly fixed to the frame of Table computer with suitablescrews wood/steel with cup washer, rest all as shown on drg and all as specified and directed. 26 Welding of broken existing Square MS pipe of Table computer duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide
