| 1 | Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of silent diesel engine driven generating set 415volts, 3 phase 4 wire engine as per IS: 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS: 13364 complete withnecessary foundation as per manufacturer recommendations,AVM pads, control panel with necessary meters and sound proof canopy of capacity up to 82.5 KVAcomplete all as specified and directed for the following specifications :- (A) DIESEL ENGINE.Water cooled, 4x cylinder (102 BHP) developing suitable BHP @ 1500RPM. Engine shall be cooled by rail mounted, engine driven radiator of adequate capacity, with blower fan, fan guard, fan belts etc. The diesel engine shall be vertical, to run continuously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002, BS-5514, standard with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in every 12 hrs of operation. Diesel engine shall comply with latest CPCB norms. The Diesel Engine shall be regulated with Electronic gqverner. Make of Engine-CUMMINS,KIRLOSKAR, GREAVES COTTON Ashok Leyland. (B) ALTERNATOR.Alternator 82.5 KVA, suitable to deliver rated output at 1500 RPM, 415V, 0.8 PF (LOG), 50HZ, 3 PH, in SPDP enclosure, self-excited & regulated electronic governor . The alternator shall conforms to IS-13364 & shall be suitable for tropical condition. Full load efficiency of the alternator offered should be above 90%, insulation and temperature rise also limited to class H. Enclosure shall conform to IP-23. Make of Alternator - KIRLOSKAR,STEMFORD, JYOTI, CROMPTON.(C)STANDARD CONTROL PANEL.Totally enclosed, steel construction control panel comprising of following :-(i) Main on /off MCCB 3 phase 4 pole 415 volt 50 Hz 125 Amp taring 25 KA-01 No.(ii) Phaseindicating lamps set of three-01 No.(iii) Instrument fuses -01 Set . (iv)Digital display/indication of engine and alternator parameters as mentionedbelow shall be available :-(a) Lube oil pressure.(b) Battery voltage.(c) Engine RPM.(d) Fuel level in the tank.(e) Engine running hours indication.(f)AC current and voltage.(g) AC Frequency.(h) AC Power metering.(j)Suitable CTS for displaying the electrical parameters. |

| 3 | Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying of pipes and for poles/stay and struts not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified. |

It shall be dust-proof and vermin proof with canopy on top, 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, 04 Nos insulated aluminium bas bar 200 Amps rating fixed on insulators, separate compartement for MCCB\"s, mild steel stand for mounting of panel board made of angle iron of size 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm, 1.3 metre high(650mm below ground level and 650mm above ground)painted as per the 7-tank process and painted for outdoor, IP-55 protection installation, as per specification and comprising of the following items :-(a) Incomer :MCCB4 Pole, 100A, breaking capacity 35/36 kA,Adjustable overload 40-100% (b) Outgoing feeders : (i)4 Pole MCCB 40 A, 16kA - 4 Nos, Thermal magnetic release and overload 80-100% (for all 4 incoming TPN DB)(c)PCC Foundation 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded aggregate. Notes :- The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of following works(a) Disconnecting all cables from existing outdoor LT Panel feeding MDC including excavation for taking out UG cables.(b) Making cable connection of all disconnected cables in new outdoor LT Panel with suitable size Aluminium Lugs.(c) Dressing of existing outdoor LT Panel and levelling of soil after removing MDC cables with the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
