Operating System, Database Management And Any Other Software System Required For The Composite System. 2 Item 2 Setting Up Of Call Center With ( 02 ) Numbers Of Toll-Free Numbers For Government Of Jammu And Kashmir ( As Per Scope Defined In This Rfp ) ( Including Software Licenses Required To Run The System Including. Operating System, Database Management And Any Other Software System Required For The Composite System. 3 Item 3 Operation And Maintenance Of Grievance System After Go-Live For From The Date Of Go-Live.Grievance System For Jklggc Solution Setup 4 Item 4 Operation And Maintenance Of Call Centre After Go-Live From The Date Of Go-Live.Call Centre Setup With 2 No’S Of Toll Free Numbers– One For Jammu And One For Kashmir Division. 5 Item 5 Cost Of Providing On Software Developers With Appropriate Qualification ( Be / B.Tech Cs / It / Ece / Mca ) And Experience ( 4+Years Post Qualification ) Cost Of Manpower As Per Business Requirements Of Jkgglc From The Date Of Go Live.The Necessary It Infrastructure Like Laptop, Desktop Shall Be Provided By The Ia Space For 02 Software Developers To Be Provided By The Jklggc On As Is Where Is Basis. 6 Item 6 Cost Of Providing Onsite Manpower ( Call Executives ) For Call Centre Operations From The Date Of Go Live The Necessary It Infrastructure Like Laptop, Desktop Shall Be Provided By The Ia And Internet Facilities / Other Logistics, If Any, To Be Provided By Ia As Per Requirement.Working Hours ( 8X6 ) Per Week / Directions Of Jklggc.Space For 06 Calls Centre Executives To Be Provided By Jklggc At Both Jammu And Srinagar. Necessary Furniture Shall Also Be Provided By The Jklggc On As Is Where Is Basis. 7 Item 7 25000 Minutes Of Toll Free On Call Centre Per Month. Incase Minutes Will Be More Than 25000, It Will Be Charged At The Rate 1.50 Per Minute Or As Per The Rates Notified By Dot / Service Providers In J&K For Inbound Call, Whichever Is Lower.Cost Of Sms To Be As Per Trai Exempted Rates And To Be Borne By The Ia And Reimbursed By The Jklggc
