Various minor maintenance works in hired buildings of Sikkim University based on SOR 2021. Incase if the item is not avalable in SOR 2021 then the % shall be quoted based on CPWD items specified in DSR 2022. However if the certain item which is not avalable in both SOR 2021/DSR 2022, then the payment to vendor shall be based on actual market rate analysis only.(Please quote your % above or below the SOR 2021/DSR 2022 rate for the AMC)
