PDB panel cum MCC panels of individual Soft starter panels,b) 2 nos 30 KW back wash pumping machineries with Pump Control Panel and other accessoriesc) 2 nos 22 KW Waste Water Recycle Pumps, with Pump Control Panel, and other accessoriesd)2 nos 12.5 KW Waste Water Sludge Transfer Pumpswith Pump Control Panel, along withother accessories and electrical gadgets, actuator operated butterfly valves, flow meters, level indicators etc an inside the WTP pumping station and internal and external illumination complete withall other electrical accessories and ancilliariesfor round the clock supply of drinking water by engaging 6 nos operating personnelas per direction of E.I.C(w.e.f. 01-05-2023 to 30-04-2024) |
| 3 | Day to day maintenance for upkeepment of all electrical & mechanical installation by engaging licensed electrician / machanic/ skilled/unskilled labour as and when required by providing all necessary material viz. gland packing for pumps and sluice valves, replacements of indicating lamp with holder,periodic lubrication of motor bearings, O ring/ rubber gasket of chlorination system etc. as per direction of E.I.C.with the all required tools tackles, measuring instruments etc. required to execute minor maintenanceworks. (w.e.f. 01-05-2023 to 30-04-2024) |

| 5 | Operation & Guardingof outdoor Sub-Station for Transformera) 33/6.6. KV (4000 KVA-2 nos) + b) 6.6/0.43 KV (1000 KVA -2nos) + c) 50KVA 380-420V, lighting transformer two nosandd) 62.5 KVA D.G Set 2 nos along with Sub-Station equipment’s and other allied accessories including operation of HV Panel Boards, PDB, Control Panel Board, Capacitor Banks, 110 Volt DC trip circuit with batteries, battery charger etc. also operation of LV panel board for illumination arrangement by engaging 2 nos operating personnel as per direction of E.I.C. (w.e.f.01-05-2023 to 30-04-2024) |
| 6 | Routine and periodical maintenance of PDB panel board, VCB Panel cables, capacitors, transformer, battery with battery charger, CT & PTs earthing system all breakers, tightening nuts & bolts of bus bar, replacement of control fuses, indicating lamp with holder etc. as per direction of E.I.C.(w.e.f. 01-05-2023 to 30-04-2024) |
| 7 | Servicing, testing and calibration of different relays, breakers, meters and contactors etc cleaning of carbon shoots from bus bar, breaker, CT & PT chamber etc. for smooth operation of the Sub-Station & pump, meters etc. by any testing Agency approved by WBSEDCL or Directorateof Electricity Board as per Scope of works.(w.e.f.01-05-2023 to 30-04-2024)(All test report & calibration certificates are to be submitted.) |
| 8 | Supply of HSD and lubricants at site including all carriage and storage for running 62.5KVA Diesel engine as an when requred as per direction of E.I.C and entry in the log book (w.e.f. 01-05-2023 to 30-04-2024) |

| 11 | Routine & Periodical inspection by electrical supervisor having valid suprevisor\"s certificate of competency from directorate of Electricity (Licensing board), Govt. of WestBengal or under any other State Government of India along with Pump Technician / Supervisorsupervisor for checking of Pumping station, Sub-Station, indoor & outdoor lighting, D.G Set, L.T and H.T equipments PDB panel,MCC/ Starter panels for all pumping machineries , valves with actuators along withall other electro mechanical installation e.g. level indicator, flow meterto keep the system in healthy condition.(Minimum 2 days in a month)N.B-each visit should be recorded in the log book (with date and time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the pump house building .(w.e.f. 01-05-2023 to 30-04-2024) |
| 12 | Cleaning ofPump House,Substationand its surroundings by engaging sweeper in regular manner by providing all necessary material viz. cotton duster, broom sticks, batteries,carbolic acid, detergent soap, gloves, apron including all tools tackles,etc. required as per direction of E.I.C.(w.e.f.01-05-2023 to 30-04-2024) |
