Comprehensive operation & Maintenance contract (CO&MC) of 3 MLD capacity, SBR based sewage treatment plant (STP) with SCADA system at IIT Roorkee Campus including Operate and manage the plant smoothly by monitoring the process of the plant (One operator (24X7), One Supervisor (General Shift), One Electrician (General Shift) & One Helper (General Shift),Reporting to EIC for any fault & abnormality etc. Maintaining the records/log-books including all Major/Minor maintenance (repair & replacement) of all spare parts, all consumable and daily check work like oiling, greasing, preparation of chemicals, regular consultancy service in the form of expertvisit every month or as per the direction of EIC to ensure trouble free operation of the plant. Complete in all respect as per tender.
