    Tender For Repairing, Servicing And Replacement Of Worn Out Components Of Power Bucket Machines Set No-2 Cleansing Deptt. (Central) -1 Labour charges for dismantling and fitting of materials to be fitted mentioned below. 2 Replacement of Piston with pin (Standard) 3 Replacement of Piston Ring (Standard) 4 Fitting, fixing of liner 5 Replacement and fitting of palmer block with bearing. 6 Replacement of Valve, valve guide and valve set complete. 7 Replacement of Main Bush and connecting bush. 8 Repairing and servicing of engine head. 9 Replacement of all Oil Seal and head gasket. 10 Replacement Filter Element (Mobile and mobile). 11 Replacement of V-Belt (B-72) 3 pcs= 1 set. 12 Replacement of Diesel Flexible pipe, 18” length, 2 pcs = 1 set 13 Metalizing of drum shaft, machining it properly and fitting, fixing the same to the power bucket machine 14 Replacement of brake shoe 15 Servicing and fitting, fixing of pumps and nozzles 16 Repairing of clutch handle lever, welding and machining of loading and un-loading side and refitted the same to the Bucket Machine. 17 Repairing of Hopper Clutch (Male & Female) both with turning and machining of teeth complete including fitting and fixing with the Bucket Machine. 18 Repairing of front wheel frame by gas cutting and welding. 19 Fitting, Fixing of 4 nos. Gun Metal bush attached with main shaft and pulley (As per sample) of the Bucket Machine. 20 Replacement of wheel hub bearing
