    Supply Of Items -1. LIFE JACKET :It should be SOLAS Compliant IRS approved personnel floating Device 2. Color preferably ORANGE 3.Comfortable to wear with a shirt like fitting using heavy duty buckles for fastening 4.The weight should be less than 700 g5 .It should have a slim design with collar 6.It should be sleeveless design with front zipper 7.It should be fitted with reflective tapes strategically on high places on the jacket for more visibility. 8.It should come with a whistle for rescue operation. 2. TRACK PULLEY : Should be a drop proof double pulley (two in-line sheaves) with integrated wire lock carabineer 2.Maximum speed:25 meters pe second 3.Compatible with cable & Rope diameter: 9 to 13 mm 4.Carabineer: 5.Major axis strength: 25 kN,6.Minor axis strength: 10 kN 7. Open gate strength: 8 kN 8.Gate opening: 24 mm 9.Carabineer certifications: CE EN12275, UIAA 10.Total pulley weight(with carabineer): 425 g 11. It should have a clip for stoving on webbing harnesses 12. Certifications: CE EN 17109, CE EN 12278, UIAA. 3. HELMET : The helmet shell should be made of thick ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) & the internal protective foam liner of EPS (Expanded Poly Styrene). 2. The helmet should be designed to protect against lateral, front and rear impacts 3. The helmet should have headlamp attachment clips. 4.The helmet should have air vents 5.It should have 4-point anchor textile chinstrap. 6. It should have a toothed wheel design for head band size adjustment 7. It should fit all head sizes from 54 - 61 cms 8. The helmet weight should be less than 320 gms 9.
