Repair / Replacement, Cleaning And Connected Items Of Sewage Line Of Zone A At Hisar Mil Stn Under Ge ( W ) Hisar- 1.00 Cleaning of underground sewage line of any type and size up to and including 150 mm dia including manhole upto 3m depth all in working and running condition involving removal of blockages of any kind in man holes or sewage lines by means of either by mechanical rodding or with manual rodding with vibration /drilling concept ie trolley mounted motorized sewer cleaning machine including desluding descaling & dechoking of line wherever required, flushing the entire stretch with whatever way possible including combined high pressure water jetting com suction (vaccume )type machine suitably fabricated on HCV having facilities of hydraulic application through high pressure thermoplastic, making the stretch clean, functional and removal /deposition of sludge inclusive of solids of any type & sludge water to a distance exceeding 1.5 km but not exc 5 km and covering the entire sludge and solids with local earth complete all as specified and directed. 2.00 All as per item No 1.00 above but 200 mm bore sewage line complete all as specified and directed. 3.00 Cleaning of manholes n. exc. 3mtr deep by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out water complete manually or mechanically and depositing where directed including covering the same with at least 30cm thick layer of soil all as complete all as specified and directed. 4.00 All as per above item No 3.00 but depth exc. 3mtr but n. exc. 6mtr complete all as specified and directed. 5.00 Desilting /De-sludging of Septic tank /Manholes by removing all sludge (in semi liquid or semi-solid state) both organic or inorganic in nature by vacuum process closed tanker tractor driven and disposing off the same to a distance exceeding 1.5km but not exe 5km at places complete all as specified and directed. 6.00 M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved in plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius with old size bricks in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified incl demolition of brickwork complete all as specified and directed. 7.00 M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. 8.00 M&L two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plaster surface complete all as specified and directed. 9.00 M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping & benching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work, finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 10.00 Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 11.00 Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed. 12.00 Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 13.00 Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware or RCC or PVC) set in cement mortar 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 14.00 Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware or RCC or PVC) set in cement mortar 200mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 15.00 S&F 150 mm dia(6) PVC pipe of working pressure of 4 kg/cm2 single socketed in any length and joining pipes with adhesive solution in laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed. 16.00 S&F 200 mm dia(8) PVC pipe of working pressure of 4 kg/cm2 single socketed in any length and joining pipes with adhesive solution in laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed. 17.00 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete for 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed. 18.00 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete for 200mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed. 19.00 Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, 150mm bore, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (½ round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed. 20.00 Providing and laying 40mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patternover and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed. 21.00 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patternover and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed. 22.00 M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles chemically treated, machine pressed heavy duty of size 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and with pigments in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 23.00 M&L for 50mm Cement concrete type D- 2,1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed. 24.00 M & L for 50mm thick cement concrete type B – 1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Floor/path and PCC paved area, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 25.00 Renewing cement concrete tiles 20-25mm thick of Size 300mmX300mm in patches, area n. exc 5 sq.m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting over 20mm thick screed bed of CM(1:4), jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as specified and directed. 26.00 M & L for brickwork of old burnt Bricks old size, straight or curved on plan to any in half brick thick walls , built in cement mortar 1:4 complete and including demolition of brickwork complete all as specified and directed. 27.00 M&L brickwork with for cleaning drain of any size (Wide) and any depth including removing of all sludge, mud, foreign material, sand, ashes, fibre, silt, grease, night soil etc and removing the taken out sludge /material out side of MD land by any means/source complete all as specified and directed 31.00 M&L for 300x300x10mm non-skid coloured exterior tile grade tile in floor set & jointed in cement slurry over 15mm thick cement screed 1:4 including demolition of tiles complete all as specified and directed.
