1.Dismantling Of Existing Structural Steel Including Dismembering Including T&P And Scaffolding Wherever Necessary Sorting The Dismantled Material Disposal Of Unserviceable Material And Stacking The Serviceable Material With All Lifts Complete As Per Specifications - 4.64Mt. 2.Fabrication Of Structural Steel Including Primer Painting Including Steel Transporting To Site Hoisting And Erecting Structural Steel Member Fabricated From Rolled Steel Sections Like Channels Angles Flat I-Sections Plates Rails Etc., As Per Drawing Including Coat Of All Materials Machinery Labour Operations Such As Cutting Bending Grinding Welding Etc., And Providing One Coat Of Zinc Chromate Red Oxide Primer After Scrapping And Cleaning The Surface Scaffolding Etc., - 5.59Mt. 3. Providing And Installing Pre Painted Galvalume Sheet. Sheet Shall Be 0.47 Mm +/ - 0.02 Tolerance Mm Zinc-Alu Alloy Coating Az 150 Gsm As Per Astm 1397/755 - 550 Mpa Steel Grade, 5-7 Microns Epoxy Primer On Both Side Of The Sheet And Polyester Top Coat 20-22 Microns Using Self Drilling / Self Tapping Screws Of 25 Mm Length. (Width Up To 500-600 Mm Only) -78.80 Sqm. 4.Providing Synthetic Enamel Paint Of 1St Quality Two Coats Including Supply Of Paint-35.64 Sqm. 5.Providing Cold Applied Coal Tar Epoxy Paint Two Coats Including Supply Of Paint -186.54 Sqm. 6.The Scope Inclusive Of Petty Civil Work Like Plastering If Required. 7.Inclusive Of Removal All The Consumables Tools And Plants. 8.The Sites Kodasalli Dam, Kadra Dam And Supa Dam Are Installed In Different Location. 9.The Sites Is Located Remotely All Transportation Of Material, Men Machine And Accommodation Is Inclusive. 10.Provision Of Safety Equipment And Apparatus Are Inclusive. 11.Electricity Required To Execute The Work At Site Will Be Provided By Kpcl At Free Of Cost If Available. It Is Observed Frequent Interruption Of Kptcl Power Supply Because Of Difficult Area Which Has To Be Considered Before Quoting.
