As Per Annexure-Ienclosed) Note: 1.Bidders Should Enclose Their Latest & Valid Authorization Dealer Certificate, In Their Favour Along With Their Online Bid, Failing Which Their Offer Is Liable To Be Rejected. 2.In The Event Of Purchase Order, Submission Of Performance Security Deposit Bank Guarantee Is Mandatory To The Extent Of 3% Of Contract Value Including Taxes. As Per Nit Terms Of Above Mentioned Tender, Installation Of The Item Is Mandatory. Bidders Should Quote Installation Charges Separately Under Installation/Commissioning Charges Of The Price Bid. If The Charges Are Not Quoted Separately, It Shall Be Understood That The Installation Charges Is Included In The Cost Of The Item And In Accordance With Section 194 (C) Of The Income Tax Act 1961, Income Taxat Source As Applicable Shall Be Deducted While Making Payment On Full Contract Value Excluding Gst.
