Providing transparent PVC sheet or similar material to enclose the handling area of waste including structural framework all complete as per direction of EIC. (1X9.50mX5.95m) + (2X4.30mX3.65m)

Supplying and fixing 500 mm dia suction manifold made with 4mm thick G.I. Sheet with 5 nos. opening for suction of odour at the surrounding area of the feeding chember as per direction of E.I.C.

Supplying and installing 5.0 H.P./960 rpm, 3-phase, High Pressure Single Inlet Single width (SISW) direct drive centrifugal air blower of 9000 cfm capacity with 40 mm wg motor, M.S. Body, Impeller dynamically balanced through 2 nos. Column MOC M.S. (1000 mm dia - 3.0 metre length) filled with suitable adsorbents, one with Chemical adsorbent [Potassium Ferrate (K2FeO4) / Potassium Permanganate (KMnO4) or equivalent] & other with activated carbon, for scrubbing sucked odour.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S. 150 mm dia, 4 mm thick Chimney including 6 mm Rope Wire for releasing the odour-free gas from the adsorbent column as per direction of E.I.C.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of 26\" dia Mist Fan at feeding chamber for proper air circulation & temperature control as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing 5.0 HP capacity Fogger Pump to spray deodarant agent, as approved by the authority,inside the Plant to make the area odor free.
