    Tender For New Delhi - Boc- Supply, Operation And Maintenance Of Battery Operated Cars ( Boc ) For Carrying Passengers On Payment Basis With Advertisement On The Body Of Boc At Railway Stations Over Delhi Division. Important Note-The Bidders Are Informed That Due To Ongoing Re-Development Work At New Delhi Railway Station, Which Will Be Carried Out In Phases, The Contract At New Delhi Station Will Be Initially For Three ( 3 ) Years Only, Further Extendable By 2 ( Two ) Years Subject To Prior Approval Of Railway Administration On The Request Of Licensee. Due To The Ongoing Re-Development Work At New Delhi Station, Which Will Be Carried Out In Phases, Northern Railway Reserves The Right To Terminate The Contract On Administrative Ground By Giving One Months Notice. The Notice Shall Commence From The Date Of Issue Of Termination Notice. The Licensee Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Damage Or Compensation Because Of Such Termination On Administrative Ground.
