The Feed Material Should Able To Heat Up And Boil 50-100 Kg / Hr Which Is A Water / Solid Mix Material. Working Volume Of The Boiler Vessel Is 200-250 L. Drained Water Will Be Collected In A Vat Of Approx. Capacity 20 L And Will Be Recirculated To The Next Steam Boiler Via Recirculation Pump. Provision For Temperature Measurement Should Be Provided. The Mounting Will Be Selfsupporting. 3 Grinding Unit / Wet-Pulping Unit :Should Have A Grinding Capacity Of 50-100 Kg Per Hour. The Mixing Material Will Be Cooked Leaves And Starch To Make Into Pulp. The Final Product Should Have A Moisture Content Less Than 10 % With Asolid Sheet Thickness Of 1-3 Mm.The Drying Unit Should Be Equipped With All Types Of Measuring And Control Devices For Temperature In Various Stages.
