Complete dismantling , replacement, fixing, testing and installation of Air Relief Seamless pipe along with new High pressure bends, pipes and flanges ,fasteners of Unit-I and III. Testing of replaced assembly(pipes ,flanges,gaskets and bends) should be done in the presence of Engineer In charge/represenatative at a test pressure of 140kg/cm². Replaced new seamless pipes with flanges should be proper fit with the Hydraullic operated Air Relief Valve assembly. Dismantled materials sould be handover to the site representative.Note:All other extra consumable material required for the job if any, same will be in the scope of the contractor without any extra cost. Transportation / Carriage of all parts shall be in scope of contractor/firm. The Contractor shall provide all the required equipment, services, accessories & material required for the completion of the job as per site requirement whether explicitly mentioned in these specifications or not to fulfil the intent of the specification and to ensure the completeness, operation and maintainability of the system at no extra cost to the Employer.Contractor will be responsible for any fatal/non-fatal accident during the work. Completion of job in all respect as per directions of Engineer In-Charge.
