The Stores Should Be As Per Specifications Mentioned In Gem Supply Order / Specification Document. Stores Will Only Be Inspected Provided These Are Supplied Within The Delivery Period By The Concerned Supplier / Consigner Or Else These Will Not Be Accepted. ( G ) Rejected Stores: - The Stores Will Be Inspected By A Boo Convened By Consignee Unit And Inspection Will Be Carried Out At Consignee / Delivery Location. Stores Rejected By Boo Shall Be Lifted By Supplier Under Own Expenses. ( H ) Supply Order Is Liable For Cancellation Without Assigning Any Reason Prior To Actual Supply Of Stores. ( J ) Replacement Of Defective Stores: The Supplier Will Be Responsible For Free Replacement Of Parts Supplied Which Are Notified As Defective In Material; Specification, Workmanship, Or Performance By The Consignee / Indenter. The Consignee / Indenter Will Have To Notify Of Such Defects Within A Period Not Exceeding 07 Days On Receipt Of Stores And The Supplier Will Provide Free Replacement Within A Period Of 07 Days On Such Notification By The Consignee. ( L ) Damage / Losses In Transit: The Supplier Is Responsible For Delivery Of Stores In Good Conditions At Destination. The Consignee Will Notify Any Transit Loss / Damages To The Supplier Within 07 ( Seven ) Days On Receipt Of Such Stores. Such Losses Will Be Replaced By The Consignor Before Raising Of Bill.
