Fabrication, providing and fixing of hydraulic gates including all carriages and head load with single winch/double winch machine as per the following specifications

Structure:

The vertical and horizantal members shall be fabricated from 100x50mm(MC-100)channel section of required/suitable lengths to be properly welded with 6mm thick MS plate. The gape of plate shall not be more than 2.5ft in vertical and horizantal directions. the rubber seal at bottom and sides shall be provided to check leakages. (complete job as per directions of Engineeringincharge)

Super structure:

It shall consist of two no.standard rolled MC-125channel(125x65mm) of required length to be grouted in concrete walls at the ends(grouting to be done by department itself)

Hoisting machine

The hoisting machine shall be worm and gear type and lock type with gun metal bushes having 50mm dia lifting screws. The shaft have double square threads of suitable lengths. The gear and worm shall be mill cut to reduce the friction for the operation. The gate shall rest super structure. (complete job as per directions of Engineeringincharge)

Grooves:

The grooves shall be of 125x125mm fabricated out of MS plates/5mm thick in the form of channel shape and be fitted with base and super structure and shall be grouted/fitted in concrete blocks. All concrete work shall be done by the department itself. (complete job as per directions of Engineeringincharge)

Gang way specifications:

Fabrication and installation of gangway with all necessaries. The main suporting channels shal consist of two nos.standard MC-125x65mm steel channels of rquired lengths. The cross supporting channels of MC75 shall be provided at the space of 4ft c/c. The deck shall be covered with 5mm thick chequired plate properly welded(complete job as per directions of Engineeringincharge)

Side rails shall consist of 3\"(75mm) standard channel 2\"-9\" height railing posts @4\"c/c with 3nos. 1.5\"dia MS pipe sizeSize:
