Removing old revetment and approns and repacking with old stones (15 cm to 30 cm) excluding cost, carriage and royalty of stone with all labour charges and cess etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for rubbing out heavy moss from shift walls exposed to weather with all labour charges and cess etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size hand broken hard granite chips incouding cost, conveyance, royalty with all labour charges and cess etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Priming one coat of wall surface work including cost of all materials to site of work with labour with one extra head load with all labour charges and cess etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with approved paint for wall surface area including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance and one extra head load with all labour charges and cess etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
