By Carrying Out Following Works:- Dismantling The Gates Along With Operating Mechanism With The Help Of Gas Cutter, Holding Them With Chain Pulley Block / Hydra Including Blocking The Effluent By Making Gunny Bags Wall And Sewage Sub Pumps. 2 Making Temporary Wooden Platform / Jhoola With Wooden Planks And Jute Rope For Safety Of Lobor Working At Site With All Required Equipments For Execution Of The Job. 3 Arrangement Of Safety Precautions For Sewage Works Like Oxygen Masks, Life Jackets, Eye Protection Gears, Etc As Per Guidelines. 4 Refurbishing And Cleaning Of Ci Shutter & Chemical Cleaning Of Entire Gate After Taking Out From The Sump Including Cost Of Chemical For The Same. 5 Replacement Of Brass / Ss Wedges Of The Gates And Gridding The Seal After Cleaning It With Emery Paper. 6 Fabrication And Installation Of Ss 304 Spindle Gates For Sluice Gates By Dismantling & Cutting The Old Spindle With Gas Cutter And Providing Fixing New Spindle, Couplers, Pin Etc With Proper Threading, Machining Etc As Per Sample. 7 Repairing And Renovation Of Complete Head Stock Unit And Its Gears, Pinions, Bearing, Bearing A Housing Etc Including Making New Mounting Platform Of The Same With Ms Plate / Rcc Works As Required. 8 Fabrication Of New Brass Spindle Nut And Installing The Same In Existing Gate By Taking Out Old And Damaged Ones. 9 Refurbishing Of Wall Thimble By Dismantling The Same With Gas Cutter And Re Installing And Grouting The Same With The Help Of Fasteners, Nut Bolt, Welding, Machingetc In Wall Including All Civil Work Required For The Same. 10 Reassembling And Installing Of Complete After Reassembling The Complete Gate With Gear Box. Spindle, Nut Bolts, Couplers At Site Including Oiling And Greasing Of The Same. Alignment Of Gate For Its Smooth Operating After Installation. 11 Testing And Commissioning Of Entire Gate On Full Flow Of Effluent Of Its Complete Closure And Smooth Operation Including Painting The Complete Gate With One Coat Epoxy Primer And Two Coats Of Enamel Paint Complete In All Respects.
