    Mechanical Works In Plating Facility, Pcf - 1 Dismantling of existing MS raised floor and support of plating control room 2 Installation work of UNITILE USF 800 EB tiles, of size 600 mmx 600mm for raised access flooring in plating plant control room 3 Supply of pedestal (600mmxheight) for UNITILE USF 800 EB tiles 4 Supply of head cap for pedestalof UNITILE USF 800 EB tiles 5 Replacement of 25 m of existing waterline to eye wash/ safety shower with 1 uPVC (25 NB, 40 Schedule) pipe and fittings. Pipe and fittings supply also in the scope of contactor 6 Dismantling and shifting of MS floor material of old plating plant to PCF and covering of gutters in ETP and expansion joint in floor of chemical store room. 7 Fabrication , supply and installation of key holders of MS with glass door (200x150x100 size) for keeping key of emergency exits. 8 Replacement of valves in solar vat area. This work includes cutting and removal of old CS valves of 50 NB, supply of 50 NB MS flanges (slip-on raised face type & ASA 150 class) and 50 NB polypropelene (PP) flanged valvesand fixing of new MS flanges and fixing of new PP flanged valves.
