Charges towards Design, Build, Own, Operate and Transfer of 2 Tonne feedstock capacity per day bio-gas plant as per the terms and conditions stipulated in the tender documents, minutes of pre-bid meeting, technical presentations / proposals and other submissions accepted by IIT Madras before award of contract. The payment to the contractor shall be made on lumpsum basis per month.
