Tender Notice ( 4Th Call ) For Deployment Of An Agency For Supply Of Sound System ( Equipments Detail Will Be In The E-Tender Portal ) And 2 ( Two ) Qualified Man Power For Daily Sound Operation Of The Auditorium Of Girish Mancha For 2 Years.-1 ( A ) Supply Of Sound System ( Equipments Detail Are Given Below ) And 2 ( Two ) Qualified Man Power For Daily Sound Operation Of The Auditoriumof Girish Mancha For 1 + 1 Years. Only Amount Of Service Charge ( In Rupees ) On Total Billing Amount ( Rs.27, 857 / - ) Of Monthly Wages, Epf, Esi And Bonus Is To Be Quoted 2 Deployment Of An Agency For Supply Of Sound System And Of 2 ( Two ) Qualified Man Power Having Sufficient Technical Knowledge Of Concerned Field , Out And Have 5 ( Five ) Years Of Work Experience Of Similar Nature For The Term Of One Year. Monthly Minimum Wages As Notified / Revised Time To Time By The Labour Department, Govt. Of West Bengal Will Be Paid. The Present Rate Of Minimum Wages For Zone ‘A’ Vide Order No.112 / Stat / 3 / Rw / 10 / 2022 / Lcs / Jlc Dtd.06.07.2022 Of Labour Deptt. Is Furnished Below :This Rate Will Be Revised Time To Time As Per Order Of Labour Department.Each Skilled- Rs.11180 / - ( For 26 Days ) [ Daily :430 / - ] For Duty On Weekly-Off Days, Double Of The Daily Rate Will Be Paid.Both Employer Contribution Of Epf, Esi And Bonus Will Be Paid Asper Rule. Only Amount Of Service Charge ( In Rupees ) On Total Billing Amount ( Rs.27, 857 / - ) Of Monthly Wages, Epf, Esi And Bonus Is To Be Quoted.Minimum Monthly Wages Will Be Revised Time To Time As Per Order Of Labour Department, Govt. Of West Bengal For All Types Of Unskilled, Semi-Skilled, Skilled And Highly Skilled Personnel. ( Ii ) Each Personnel Will Get One Weekly-Off Day. Engaged Agency Will Make Substitute Arrangement For Such Weekly-Off Day. No Overtime Or Higher Rate Of Wages Will Be Paid Under Any Circumstances. ( Iii ) Rate Of Epf ( Employer’S Share ) , Esi ( Employer’S Share ) And Bonus Will Remain Unaltered Unless The Same Is Revised By The Appropriate Authority. ( Iv ) Rate Of Service Charge [ Quoted Amount Of Service Charge X 100 / Rs.27, 857 / - ] Will Remain Same During The Contract Period With The Lowest Bidder. This Department Reserves The Right To Verify And Assess The Technical Qualification And Knowledge Of Any Engaged Personnel At Any Time And May Instruct The Agency To Disengage Any Incapable Staff. No Compromise With The Quality Of Service Will Be Entertained Under Any Circumstances.
