Supplying, fitting and fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade ofsize 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost,conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour,T&P etc. required for the complete in allrespect.

Wall Painting 2 coats with weather coat paint over a coat of primer to outside smooth surface with all cost of labour , T&P material ec complete.

Fixing tiles in floors,trades or steps & landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing & polishing etc complete.

Fixing tiles in daddos,skatting & risers of steps on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing & polishing etc complete.

CC(1:4:8) using 4 cm size hg metal including cost of all materials.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 10.6.1 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover.
