Part B: Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of 10 Years including Cost for Basic Service Charges, Administration and Management, Running of Office, Comprehensive Operation, Maintenance and Repairs including Preventive Maintenance, Consumables as per Scope of Work & terms & conditions of contract etc. complete. O & M is inclusive of Cost ofChemicals Like Lime, Poly aluminum Chloride (PAC) Powder (28-30%) strength (GACL/GRASIM eq. make), Ferrous Sulphate (FeSO4),Poly-Electrolyte (PE),Dewatering Polyelectrolyte (DWPE),Urea (Industrial Grade/Use),Phosphoric Acid etc or any other Chemicals required to achieve the desired effluent quality.Also including cost forconsumable material like lubricants, oil and Grease, Technical staff and labor, Laboratory reagent charges, including repair and maintainence of all equipments (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process Instrumentation, and Laboratory etc). O &M Charges does not include cost of Electricity and Sludge Disposal Cost during O & M Period
