Following Job To Be Undertaken During 12000 Hrly Routines:- ( A ) Inspect / Adjust Engine Valve Lash. ( B ) Inspect And Clean Heat Exchanger Carry Out Pressure Testing. ( C ) Inspect After Cooler Core. ( D ) Replace Cooling System Water Temperature Regulator. ( E ) Inspect Generator Set Vibration. ( F ) Inspect Starting Motor And Dynamo. ( G ) Inspect And Clean Turbocharger. ( H ) Inspect Water Pumps ( Coolant And Sea Water Pump ) . ( J ) Check Engine Safety Device, The Following Safety Trips / Alarm Sensors To Be Checked And Calibrated:- ( I ) Low Lub Oil Pressure. ( Ii ) High Water Temperature. ( Iii ) Over Speed Trip ( K ) Cooling System Coolant Extender ( Elc ) To Be Added ( L ) Renew Lub Oil / Fuel Oil System Hoses. ( M ) Replace Crank Case Breather. ( N ) Overhaul / Service Exchange Sea Water Pump. ( P ) Overhaul Or Exchange:-Cylinder Head Assembly, Oil Pump And Fuel Oil Transfer Pump ( Q ) Inspect And / Or Replace:-Crank Shaft Bearing, Crankshaft Seal, Thrust Bearing, Main Bearing And Cr Bearing. ( R ) Chemical Clean And Pressure Test:-Oil Cooler, Heat Exchanger Core And Charge Air Cooler. ( S ) Renew Sea Water Pump. 2 Packing Charge Of Sub-Assemblies And Insuarnce Cover Of Sub-Assemblies
