Bids Are Invited For Repair to FLT 03 Ton SL NO. 30147 at Det (EP) 1105 FMA Jassai. Total Quantity : 1-1 Taking out the FLT for repair/ overhauling/ washing to services Centre. Washing/ Cleaning all parts with petrol/kerosene and carried out the following repair/replacement : Each Job 01 2 Taking out the radiator, testing complete body leakage, soldering all the leak points and testing leak proof of complete radiator. Cleaning with chemical/ washing solution /caustic soda with the help of wire brushes/cotton waste/ pressure washing all complete with the following replacement :- (i) M&L for replacement of hose pipe (heavy duty) – 01 Set (ii) M&L for replacement of Coolent – 16 ltr. Reassembling the radiator for efficient & smooth functioning of FLT. 3 Taking down front load lifting forks, dismantling parts and cleaning to carry out following replacement :- (i) M&L for Replacement of fork cylinder oil seal - 02 Nos (ii) M&L for Replacement of hydraulic pressure pipe - 02 Nos (iii) Adjustment of lifting chain by addition of sims - 02 Nos (iv) M&L for carry out cleaning & greasing of Lift chain - 01 Job (vii) M&L for replacing nut, bolt and washer kit – 01sets Reassembling all 04 wheels, alignment, repairing complete break system, top up break fluid for smooth & efficient functioning 4. Taking down self startor from FLT, dismantling parts and carryout following replacement :- (i) M&L for Replacement of the carbon brush set of two – 1 set (ii) M&L for Replacement of gun metal bushes – 1 set (iii) M&L for Replacement of Ball Bearing - 1 set (iv) M&L for Replacement of the starter relay - 1 Nos (v) M&L for Replacement of Armature - 1 Nos Reassembling complete self starter and refitted on FLT with checking complete necessary fused elements for smooth and efficient functioning of FLT. 5. Taking out old US FIP for repair purpose. Dismantling into parts, cleaning all parts with kerosene and carry out the following repairs :- (i) M&L for replacement of feed pump – 01 Nos (ii) M&L for replacement of overflow valve assy – 01 Nos (iii) M&L for replacement of gasket for fuel pump – 01 set (iv) M&L for replacement of leak off pipe assy – 01 Nos (v) M&L for replacement of injector nozzle – 03 Nos (vi) M&L for replacement of element – 03 Nos (vii) M&L for replacement of delivery valve – 03 Nos (viii) M&L for replacement of sealing ring – 03 Nos (ix) M&L for replacement o ball bearing – 02 Nos (x) M&L for replacement of governor assy – 01 Nos Reassembling the complete FIP for smooth functioning including recalibration, replacement of packing kit and refitted on FLT with checking complete necessary spare parts for smooth and efficient functioning of FLT. 6 (G) Supply following items for repair /replacement :- (i) M&L for Replacement of Fuel pipe - 01 Nos (ii) M&L for Replacement of Push button - 01 Nos (iii) M&L for Replacement of Engine oil - 12 Ltr (iv) M&L for Replacement of Brake fluid - 01 Ltr (v) M&L for Replacement of fuel filter set of two - 01 Set (vi) M&L for Replacement of Engine oil filter - 01 Nos (vii) M&L for Replacement of Air filter - 01 Nos (viii) M&L for Top up of Hydraulic oil - 12 Ltr (xi) M&L for replacement of front & back parking light Assy – 01 Set (xii) M&L for replacement of front & back Fox light Assy – 01 Set (xiii) M&L for replacement of stop wire – 01 Nos (xiv) M&L for replacement of COMBI switch – 01 Set (xv) M&L for replacement of complete electrical wirings/ necessary fused element/ bulbs etc. – 01 Job 7 Painting of FLT after preparing the surface including cleaning & removing dust/ grease/ oil/ old paint where as required and painting with two coats of Synthetic enameled paint (shade as approved by AGE E/M DET (EP) 1105 FMA JASSAI ) over a coat of red oxide metal primer. – 01 Job Note:- 1. The sample of the material/ item / stores/ spare parts will be approved by the AGE E/M DEt (EP) 1105 FMA Jassai before bulk supply/ fabrication/repair. 2. The repaired FLT will be brought back to the DET (EP) 1105 FMA JASSAI and checked in detail upto the entire satisfaction of AGE E/M DET (EP) 1105 FMA Jassai
