supply, fixing eraction of built up overhead structure 12m span comprising of two vertical post of 6.00m height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12mm MS plate at bottom. The horizental truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M.S. pipe and 40 mm dia heavy MS pipe as bracing & 10mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.90x0.90x1.50m of required depth as per site condition for built uo structure including earth work in excavation 100mm thick Lean concrete 1:3:6 (cement coarse sand and 40mm guage stone ballast and RCC M-25 Cement concrete including supply and fixing of 25mmdia foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost if rainforcement & shuttring) The lateral vertical clearances and completeinstallation work shall be as per relevent clauses of MORTH &H specification section 800 and IRC 67 2012 complete in all respect. THe rates shall include cost of design fabrication supply transportation LOcal shifting Erection of shinage structure using crane. inclusive of all taxes etc. All T&Pmachine material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engneer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistance 4mm Thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite pannel face to be fully covered with high Intensity prismatic sheeting type IV as per IRC-67 .2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5mm. Legands, latters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MORTH specification NO-801.3.7THe sheeting shall have a pressure- sanstive adhesive of the aggressive tack type requiring no heat solvent other preparation for adheshive to a smooth clean surface. In a Manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer. The ACM( Aluminium Composite materials ) shall be fixed on the back frame MS angle with reveting . Micro prismatic type IV retro reflative sheeting conforming to ASTM D4956-09shall be presure fixed. THe retro reflective sheeting shall be tasted for a certificate of having a sheeting tested for certificate of retro reflection . daytime colour ans luminance, shrinkage, Flexibilty, Liner removal, adhesion, Impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance 3 year outdoor wealthring and its having passed thease tested shall be obtained from International/Goverment Liboratory/Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained international condition. It should ne also obtained from indion condition whitin 3 years of lounching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Altimetivly a Certificate conforming to ASTM specification (D 4956-09)on artificial acclerated weathering requirments from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepeted provisionally in such s situation the Employed/Client. If so desires, Could seek for a performance guaranteewhich would be released after reciept of certificate meeting the requirment of 3 years ourdoor wealthring of the sheeting as per IRC 67.2012. Legends. Latters, Numerals asr borders etcshould be as per MORTH specification No-801.3.7. Proof of the same in from of goverment report shall be uploaded while Quoting tender. The rate shall be include all materials labours T&P transportation, Installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engneer-in-charge.
