Supply and fixing of Bollard made from mid steel with CNC machine finishing with 165mm outer diameter , 140mm inner diameter and 1030mm Height . Expose height 730mm from above Ground level and fixed the remaining 300mm below the GL. Two number of circular rib of R10mm radius are provided at the top and bottom of the bollard. 4 Nos of 15mm width retro reflective sheet pasted at the top and bottom groove by hot blow air sticking process for an ambience look and night time visibility. The whole product is power coated as per standard recommendation of Engineer. For fixing the Bollards with PCC (1:2:4) 45cmx45cmx60cm,55cm below ground level with 140dia x 250mm inner sleeve inserted for 150mm below ground level and 100mm projected above ground level.
