    Tender For Urgent Repairs Including Leakage Arresting To Conference Hall At O/O Pgmt , Trivandrum -1 Providing and fixing 100mm fabric vertical blinds ( approved superior quality) including aluminium powder coated channel, runner, bottom weight, PVC bottom chain, L-brackets, nylon chord etc and make necessary opening for A/C units complete all as per the direction of engineer-in-charge at site. 2 Filling the vertical gap 2.50 m height in left side window by using wooden planks to prevent the entry of rats/ squirrels including painting with synthetic enamel paint etc all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site. 3 Repairs to wall mounted fabric by dismantling wooden/ aluminium reapers and replacing the damaged fabric with new similar shade and re fixing the wooden/ aluminium reapers without causing any damages to the existing fabric etc all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site. 4 Cutting and removal of ficus saplings by dismantling integral water proofing compound/ cement concrete/ brick work in cement mortar etc including complete removal of its roots and making good the dismantled portion by using cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with water proofing compound etc all complete at all heights as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge at site. 5 Cleaning of terrace and disposal of waste away from the site as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials.
