Providing, installation and commissioning of GSM Based real time Vehicle Tracking management system (GPS) for 25 numbers Department Vehicles of Mechanical Division Rajouri. The proposed system should be design to embedded system which is to use for tracking and positioning system (GPS) and global system for (GSM) mobile communication .A microcontroller should be used for interfaced serially to a GSM Modem and GPS receiver. A GSM module will be used to send the position (Latitude and longitude) of the vehicle from the remote place. The modem should have features of controlling start and stop engine from control room. The modem to be installedinside the vehicle should have at least 2G sim with subscription charges to be paid up to 2 years minimum.
