Degutting of components (compressors, condenser, motor, evaporator, filter-drier, mounts, oil filter, belts, heat exchangers, temperature & pressure relays, expansion valves, solenoid valves, motor, control panel, dynamos, alternator, change over switch, resistor and instrumentation etc.,) from fore end and 3rd compartment, Undertake de-preservation, testing at shop floor and fitmen

Degutt the defective pipelines from onboard, Undertake repair of sea water pipelines for both fore end and 3rd compt as per defect survey (USG survey will be carried out by HSL) and pressure test to 38 Kg/cm2 for 10 min

Degutt from onboard, dismantle, cleaning, carry out defect survey of sea water valves (ID 50, Pd 40), undertake repair as per defect survey and pressure test to 38 kg/cm2

Re-gutting onboard & blow through full system with nitrogen and pressure test for 24 hrs to 1.5 times the working pressure followed by vacuum test
