    Design Manufacture Supply And Commissioning Of High Sided Open Cape Gauge Wagons For National Railways Of Zimbabwe Nrz , Design, Manufacture, Supply And Commissioning Of High Sided Open Cape Gauge Wagons For National Railways Of Zimbabwe (Nrz) Including Capital Spares , Maintenance Spares, Tools To Be Supplies Along With Wagons As Per Annexure 1 Of Section Vi: Schedule Of Requirements (As Assembled Wagon) , Design, Manufacture And Supply Of High Sided Open Cape Gauge Wagons In Semi-Knockdown (Skd) Condition As Detailed Below: 1. Complete Both Side Body Assemblies 2. Complete Both End Body Assemblies 3. Underframe Assembly With Floor Plates Along With Fittings Including All Brake Equipment (In Case Underframe Mounted Brake System) 4. Draft Gears And Couplers Assemblies Along With Fittings 5. All Airbrake Equipment Along With Fittings 6. Complete Bogie Assemblies Including: • Wheel Sets • Bearing In Mounted Conditions • Brake Equipment Etc. Along With All Fittings (In Case Bogie Mounted Brake System) 7. Any Other Item Required For Wagon Manufacturing. Exclusions Of Activities In Comparison With Completely Assembled Wagon: A) Assembly Of Wagon With Welding Electrodes B) Shot Blasting, Painting And Stencilling Of Assembled Wagon C) All Fasteners, Welding Consumables Required For Assembly Of Wagons D) Commissioning Of Wagons At Zimbabwe
