    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Amc Of Eoffice Application - 1. Remote Maintenance of all eOffice Servers installed at DC & DR Site (DEMO Application, DEMO DATABASE, LIVE Application, LIVE Database, SR, LR) and Portal. 2. Maintenance of eOffice Applications – eFile, KMS, eFileAudit, EMD, eFile MIS Reports etc. 3. Resolving and fixing of any Technical issues related to eOffice Modules. 4. Maintain all eOffice Modules up-to-date. 5. Up-gradation of eOffice Database & Modules to latest versions. 6. Upgrading Security Patches whenever is released. (As per the guidelines provided by NIC, New Delhi) 7. Configuration of SSL and apply of Licenses. 8. Setting & maintenance of DR sites Servers & Applications. 9. Supporting to periodic DR-Drill scheduled by NALCO and during actual Disaster. 10. Fixing Vulnerabilities in Application & Servers. 11. Any other System Administrator activities related to eOffice Application.
