    The Work Involves Assisting Goa State Urban Development Agency ( Gsuda ) In Carrying Out An Exhaustive Door To Door Survey Of Each Property, Taking Their Measurements, Drawing Their Sketch Diagram, Computerization Of The Data Collected And Assisting Gsuda In Tax Assessment Of Properties On Rateable / Capital Value Based Tax Assessment For North Goa District Municipal Bodies Under Gsuda. A Sutiable Web Gis And Mobile User Interfaces Are Required To Be Developed To Access And Maintain Them. The Mobile App Should Provide Functionality To Update The Featuresof The Property Based Layer.
