    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - E-227:- 6000 hourly routines D` Maintenance checks in DG No.1 falling due in Oct/Nov 22. Following jobs are to be out:- 6000 H-5 Check for all V belts and replace as required. 6000 H-6 Drain and flush cooling system and refill with new premixed coolant. 6000 H-7 Check vacuum indicator and replace air filter based on its condition. 6000 H-8 Chemically clean fresh water & Iub oil cooler and pressure test. Inspect all zinc anodes and change if required. 6000 H-9 & 6000 H-10 Adjust tappets and injectors clearance. Re lace valve cover gaskets. 6000 H-11 Check vibration damper for an visual 6000 H-12 Check and record engine crankshaft end plays. [Limit 0.006(0.15mm)/0.013 0.33mm . 6000 H-13 Check and record engine Turbocharger Axial play [0.00110.0025mm)- 0.004(0.10mm)] and Radial play [0.007(0.17mm)-0.02(0.50mm)] 6000 H-14, 6000 H-15 & 6000 H-16 Clean turbocharger, compressor wheel and diffuser. Torque turbocharger manifolds nuts or cap screw as per specs. Damage/ deformation. Replace if required. Inspect turbocharger and overhaul if required. 6000 H-17 Check condition of all clamps and hoses. Replace as needed. 6000 H-18 Check engine alternator alignment and correct if needed. 6000 H- 19 Overhaul seawater pump and fresh water pump. 6000 H-20 Check engine Blow-by (limit 25 inch of H20). Take corrective action if needed. 6000 H-21 Calibrate PT pump and injectors. Replaced thermostat of cooling system alongwith 0 ring. 6000 H-22 6000 H-23 Overhaul air starting motor and battery charging alternate. 6000 H-24 Check all wiring connection for any abnormalities and correct if required. 6000 H-25 & 6000 H-26 Check all engine mounted safety switches/sensors and gauges for functionality and replaced if required. Start engine and carry out trial on designed load. Record all parameters.
