Cost towards supplying, Installation testing & Commissioning of electrically driven vertical turbine pump set (Kirloskar/WPIL/Mather & Platt/ Jyoti) Operated on 415 ± 10% Volt, 50 Hz. 1470 RPM with sq. cage induction motor suitable for VT pump having discharge capacity of 29 M3/Hr. against the total head of 100 mtrs, discharge head, M.S.D.F. column assembly random length of 5 feet, total 25feet S.S. line shaft, S.S. Socket, Spider bearing with rubber cutless bush, C.I.D.F. Sluice Valve – 1 No, C.I.D.F. NR Valve – 1 No etc all including FASD starter (L&T/Siemens make) compatible with above motor pump set.

Cost towards repairing and Overhauling of 15 H.P. V.T. Pump Set 6 – Stage ball assembly S/F impeller G.M. Bush as per sample 5 – Nos each, S/F Housing Bush as per Sample. Replace in spider rubber cutlass bush – 2 Nos, replacing of 25mm dia. 5 feet long S.S. line shaft – 4 Nos with S.S. socket . Transportation charge from site to work shop vice versa including tools – tackles and Labour charges for lifting & lowering V.T. Pump before and after repairing work etc all complete at pumping plant.

Cost towards supply installation and fixing of FASD starter (L&T make/Havell’s or any reputed company) compatible for 15 H.P. 3 Phase induction motor,

Cost towards repairing and maintaining of lighting arrangements inside and outside of pump house by installing 75 W LED Street lights – 1 No., 27 W LED lights – 1 No., S/F of ON-OFF switch, indicator, 3 Pin socket, wooden / fiber board, electric cables etc. all complete.

Cost towards Supply and Installation of KIT-KAT fuse of 100AMP and 415± 10% volt having material of porcelain 3pc in 1Set with box .

Cost towards Supplying and Installing ISI mark C.I D/F non return valve of 100mm dia.(Sl No. 10, JSOR M-1039)

Cost towards supplying, Installation & Commissioning 50 KVA Servo Controlled automatic Voltage Stabilizer, suitable for out put of 415 Volt ± 1%, 3 phase, 50 Hz with copper Wounded Transformer oil cooled. The stabilizer shall function satisfactorily even if coming supply is unbalanced between phases within range of 10%. The stabilizer should be constructed in cubical box with bidirectional wheels for easy handling, necessary monitors and users control on front panel such as indication, alarm, volt meter & selector switch for measuring input and output voltage, auto/ manual selector switch, raise / low push button etc. Suitable capacity termination strips & Bus bar for incoming and outgoing cable should be provided. All 3 - Phases shall be independently monitored & Corrected . Following protections and indications shall be incorporatedOver Voltage / Under Voltage Single Phasing Cut Off Contactor with electronic output sensing unit. (Sl No. 150, JSOR M-1066)
