| 5 | Repairs to 05KVA copper wound oil immersed single-phase voltage stabilizer by way of disconnecting of the cable, then shifting the voltage stabilizer to workshop for proper inspection. Rewinding of coil by using standard wire as per sample and providing/fitting of PVC tubes, sleeves and tapping material as required, then reassembling/fitting of coils. The job include as per the Annexure of the SBD. |

| 21 | Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of 25 mm2, 2 core Aluminium Armoured Cable upto the panel. |
| 22 | Operation and maintenance of Central Heating Systems installed in the Offices of Chief Engineer, Kashmir I&FC Department and Superintending Engineer, Hydraulic Circle, at Engineering Complex, Rajbagh Srinagar” for the winter season 2022-2023 starting from November 15, 2022 till March 15, 2023. the job includes as per the Annexure of the SBD. |
| 23 | Cost on account of manpower etc for operation and maintenance of above system for the winter season 2022-23 including taxes, carriage, and handling charges etc. by engaging 01 No. Boiler operator and 02 Nos helper (Technician). This includes any other tools /tackles etc needed for maintaining the system for winter season. The working Hours shall start at 9.00 AM on working days. |
